“Relatives in Bloom” (hooka nit be 2014)
A vivid nod to Alice in Wonderland, this early acrylic painting by Eldon bursts with playful surrealism and glowing color. Towering mushrooms, a meditative caterpillar, and expressive blossoms guide viewers through a dreamlike world where fantasy feels close enough to touch.
Created during his first steps into painting, Eldon approached art without formal influence—just pure talent, curiosity and imagination. Friends would later compare his style to well-known artists (I personally feel he is the next Dalì), opening the door to a wider world he hadn’t yet explored. At the time, this piece was simply a practice in using acrylics, weaving in personal touches—like relatives reimagined as flowers, quietly blooming within the scene.
Born from experimentation, Relatives in Bloom already carries his signature charm and wonder that continue to define Eldon’s work.
An early glimpse into a brilliant creative mind—this piece reminds us that even the first steps of an artist's journey can lead straight into wonderland.
I hope you have a beautiful day 🌞
